Progress Can Seem Hard to Keep Around...

Projects I want to complete…
Body weight and muscle toning goals I want to reach…
Financial ceilings I desire to rise above…

ALL of the things I wish I could master in a short amount of time…
… that I would start on and work at diligently for a while…
… would all smash into a wall:

Progress Paralysis.

My goals were soo big, I felt like they were too far away to ever reach.

But today is a new day– a new moment!

Prepare to push aside your progress-paralysis!

Setting realistic milestones (or short-term,”bite-sized” goals) for yourself AND rewarding yourself along the way to your bigger goals…

You have absolutely NO REASON to tell yourself you are far from your goals.

There’s no such thing.


The REAL Test Is...

Being consistent in moving forward…

… and the key to “keeping it moving” is in building momentum with milestone motivation.

Be specific when you set your “bite-sized” milestones!!

Instead of saying, “by some time in the next few months, I’ll start to work on my saving habits…”

Say, “Starting Tuesday, March 2nd AT 12 PM, I will put at least 3 dollars in my savings account (or shoebox) per day. In FACT, it’s already on my calendar to repeat every day AND my alarm is cued up… AND my phone wallpaper is the background of my ROOT WHY from the 7 Layers of Truth Exercise. AND YOU KNOW WHAT…? I really already started while I was saying that just now…”

It doesn’t matter what you’re trying to accomplish…The same principle applies.

Your job is to ask yourSelf, “What am I truly heading towards with my current goals…? What milestones will I set for myself along the way that will keep me motivated and on track?”

… ‘gon and eat up your little victories!
